You need to upload the medical documents with required days of wfh in the Hello Doctor portal. After the doctors validate the documents, then your BPHR will contact you and then if your case is valid they will send an email to your manager for their approval. If your manager approves it, you can raise a WFH Pre Approval request.

There is no Infosys Doctor. I belive HR people are validating the docs and in most cases they are regecting

Talk to your manager. If you have supporting documents , they will give WFH.
