If it’s doubling your salary take the risk. 1 year working there is equivalent to 2 year working. Financially you have a 1 year to find a new job if guy keep expenses same !!

Actually the decision depends on you eventually. Thing is,no matter how skilled and experienced an employee is, if the company is at loss and losing clients and projects, it will mandatorily layoff employees starting from higher salaried individuals. If you want to take the risk, you need to be clear about certain things like if you get laid off in the future, you must have enough savings to stay unaffected until you get another job, you are not having a high EMI loan and your dependents can manage sometime without your salary. Layoffs are very common in the current global financial situation. Even if Infy is not removing employees, it is not giving proper hikes, deserved promotions, reduced bench time and almost no perks at all. In product based MNC you will get good work, good salary and perks and colleagues are more social but layoffs is a true risk but as said earlier, it is common nowadays. If you have a good salary, good work and a good team then you can stay in Infy for job security reasons which again is limited but otherwise going to a new product based MNC is a better option. Once the decision is taken, never regret it.

It would be a great idea for you to consider joining a new company. While it may take some time—typically around six months—to settle into the new organization, the benefits can be significant. Ultimately, financial stability is important, so if you have a solid offer, it makes sense to embrace this opportunity. I encourage you to join the new venture and focus on learning and growing within your field.
