Trending @Infosys; Hi folks I have received up rating this cycle as I have rejected a project. Last 2 cycles were too got as I got commendable both the times.
Anyone pls guide what will happen ? I am unable to get any offers outside, bit anxious now.
If you have accepted the rating no option but to quit as they will be soon coming for you. Else fight the rating and go as high as possible. That will atleast buy you some time. Even if they ask you to resign immediately you will get 3 months pay so you ah e time. How were you on bench last year?

It's below needs improvement? At least they should give NI. There might be anything more reason just project refusal will not give Up. You have any issues with reporting manager during this time?
Not sure bro ...I requested to give me NI si that I try my best to clear PIP but they didn't accepted my request. I am not sure what next will happen
you can talk based on ur last 2 commendable rating that how’s it’s possible this time to get up if your record is good .. another point bro you have to look outside anyway they will not give hikes and all too so no point in staying if you can find outside or find internal project so they cannot relieve you
Bro Underperformed is really a f*dup rating. You're prone to layoff and anything can happen. Pls contact your manager asap and ask them to change atleast to NI Rating(atleast you can clear pip if you're confident) or else convince them to give you the rating you deserve.I don't want to scare you but it's a thing to worry if you really need this job. Hope for the best.
