1st company: x 1.8 years 2nd company: y. 9 months 3rd company: Infosys 9 months i will reign in 3 months now i am again looking for another company. Tell me your thoughts should I change or stay in Infosys
Hey, depends. If you've skills and good in ur job, switching job doesn't impact anything. Staying loyal is a myth these days. Just up skill yourself work hard and keep increasing your package, that's what matter.
If you keep on improving and have THE SKILLS switch until you find the right fit. Companies don't look for long term, they look for talent who can be with them for long term and accordingly they compensate the employee in monetary terms and flexibility aswell given the employee is proving worth. Being loyal is a myth. The moment they don't require the skillset you have they'll forget you gave "x" years sacrificing your youth etc for them. Be loyal to your work not the Job.
Better to stay!! Companies look for long term employees.
