Hi All, I am notice period now. I have joined infy in dec 2019. Now is there any policy I can not join few companies after leaving infosys. Also I heard this policy came in 2022 so people who joined before 2022 need to follow this policy?

Ok. But they have some policy that after resignation we can not join 4-5 companies and the client which we worked in last 12 months.
