Iam working in infosys for the last 4 years got picked for H1 b but infosys saying that for some of the position put on hold so any suggestions to move further approch.how to process to whom I need to approch for the next proceeas.

I assuming your H1b is approved and you are waiting for visa to be stamped because your manager is telling that he doesn’t have a project. You need to start talking to other managers who need your skill set and work in US accounts. Once you have the offline conversation ask them to open an IJP to which you can apply and move out.
