Hello everyone, I completed my 6months today in infosys as a lateral hire. They made my life hell and my whole team working over weekends and too much long hours everyday. many of my team members resigned due to this pressure, as we are new to infosys and don’t know where to raise our concerns. Please tell how to reach out to HR, regrading toxic workplace. Just for reference, they pull anyone in late night like 11pm, or even 3am also. they didn’t even spare a newly mother who has a 6+ month infant.

Go on an extended medical leave for a month producing fake medical certificates. If there is a considerable project dependency on you, your manager won’t be able to hold you for long and will thus initiate a release from your current project.  The only downside is that the leaves that you will take will incur loss of pay. 
Talking to HR or anybody else won’t help much.

My project is about to end on 22nd december, so not taking any action from my side but what if in future, we again get this sick managers who don’t value their personal time neither else time. how to deal with them?

Also, I completed my 6months yesterday, but i haven’t received my confirmation letter, is there any disciplinary action like not available after working hours can affect my confirmation in infosys?

Thanks for all your helpful suggestions, I will implement them. i guess we need to set boundaries and follow them strictly from the beginning of the project.

No use going to HR. Instead see how your future projects are turning out and take a stand.
