Trending @Infosys; Help with Referral

A friend of mine has asked me to refer him to Infosys, and has shared the referral ID upfront. On the ConnectInfy portal, I searched that ID and managed to find the relevant details. My question is- how'd I know if there are openings for that role? Or can I simply proceed and click on 'refer now', fill his details and submit?? Please guide me. I don't have a clue of how referrals work here.

If there are openings , thenonly that ID will be available . Else, it would be closed. Cross check his skillset, location looking for and years of experience in the JOB ID vs him.

Also, is there a cooling-off period before one can apply again? It was a different role last time though.
