Trending @Infosys; Help me sort it out.
My current ctc is 9.3 including variable pay, I've got an offer from tcs 12L fixed + 1L variable, which is around 40% hike from my current ctc. I've put my papers, can I expect a counter from infy side, I mean if I get 11-12LPA here in infy, I'm good with that instead going to a new org and learning their things. And tcs new bench policy, onboarding delays and complete wfo are giving me secondary thoughts. I couldn't figure it out what to do. Please leave your suggestions on counter expectations from infy (if yes do we need ask the manager for counter, because he didn't ask me yet), or cancel the resignation, or go ahead join tcs.
Thanks in advance.

Bro even if infy doesn't give hike also don't go to tcs. I am from tcs and joining Infosys in 2 weeks. I know both companies are worst only but tcs is more worst. New bench policy, no wfh, no hike, no promotion and mainly no career growth. Only thing is job security that we can expect in infy also. Management is shit bro. Hr are most useless people on whole planet. Trust me even if you stay jobless for 3 months that fine but don't join tcs. For your own good.

You can try, but not sure infy will offer 30- 40 % rentention hike , they only offer external candidates not for internal guys

I work in topazdlvry unit, in an internal project(non-bailable), my previous ratings and dq are strong enough, should I talk to my manager regarding the counter

You are leaving one Worst and joining another worst..bro if you have time in hand better try for some other organization during your notice period.

Please tell them you are getting a 60 percentage hike then only they will offer 30 percentage

I don't see any reason why your only option is tcs , you've already got a offer in hand look for other companies and switch to better places with around 15lpa hike, dont limit yourself.

That's is what I'm trying since I got the offer, but I'm not getting any calls from recruiters. Most of them were startups whose reviews are even worst.

If u want to leave Infy for a salary hike & u r already serving notice period, I would suggest u to continue job hunting with notice period as already serving or in 30 days in your CV & if u get job in some other company better than TCS, leave TCS & proceed with that company & in worst case if u really want to leave Infy and join TCS for hike, consider it as last option but TCS is not better than Infy.

If non-billable every difficult to get 30-40% hike
