Trending @Infosys; Help me Choose the Better Offer
I have a 4YOE andrecently got an offer from EY to work in client office for a fixed package of 6.5 LPA plus variable of 1.3LPA but the role is of DBA.
I am currently working in Infosys for a package of 4.6LPA, though i am happy with the work to create python scripts but I believe I am underpaid for the efforts I put in, but to mention i am currently in WFH due to medical conditions.
I have never worked as a DBA, so I am confused and it would be 1st switch. Please help me decide?
Go offer shopping, WFH saves money, ctc->in hand ->savings. Compare final savings. Also for health issues, u better understand. Atmost any1 can give u money or insurance to deal with health, but no one can bear the pain in ur place. If this is the best offer u are getting, i suggest to give acon bridge in infy. Try atleast 2 times. It gives btr pkg n WFH is not stopped.
