Trending @Infosys; Help me choose between job offers for career growth

Hi all! I’m currently deciding between three job offers and would love some advice on which would be best for long-term career growth. Here’s what I’ve got:

1. Comcast: ₹12 LPA (includes 5% variable), based in Chennai, 3 days work-from-office.
2. Inovalon: ₹15 LPA (all fixed), full work-from-home, completely remote.
3. TCS: ₹6.5 LPA (includes 10% variable), 5 days work-from-office. Just for option. I’m leaning towards making a decision based on career development, work-life balance, and future.
