Trending @Infosys; Hello, I'm getting promotion from Senior systems associate to Systems Engineer

My manager said he nominated me for promotion, actually my current package was 3.2lpa after the hike, After the promotion will they give me 3.6 as systems engineer basic or will they give any percentage, I heard some ppl got 15 - 25 is that true.

If anyone faces this situation pls let me know.

So you almost got 12-12.5%. Yes many got 4-5% or even hot 15-20 or 25% as pf what i heard.
