Trending @Infosys; Hello, I got an offer letter with 100℅ but new company asking for immediate join.
Could you please tell me how i can ask for an immediate release from infosys. They are bullying me for serving 90 days notice period, if I am ready for the buyout why are they not settle it
Cause then everyone will buyout and leave. The 3 month notice period is not to make money but to exactly prevent the situation like this. The company which has approached you has immediate need and is recruiting with short term outlook so paying more !!
Same goes with Infosys also nowadays. Even they are looking for immediate joiners in many cases.
Yup all companies will give preference /pay more for folks who will join immediately. And the other side will not let you buy out notice period for the same reason. I am not sure of there is a legal recourse to this
Pay the money and leave asap
If you are on bench then you can convince and they can release you immediately, recently my friend got release and join another company
If you in project request your manager they will only release if your not important or if your on bench it would easy to ask HR to ask for early release . Infosys managers have reputation that they won’t even talk to till the last month of notice period .
Ask for early exit
