My friend has received the OL from Infosys, He applied for Business Analyst role but in the OL they mentioned Senior Associate Consultant. Is it Vice Versa in Infosys or should I connect with Recruiting HR.
suggestions needed.
How much are they offering him. Do u have any idea ?
Approx 15Lpa I guess. But he is worried about the designation becayse that the same will be reflected on RL also right.
Instead of Business Analyst he'll have Senior associate consultant. That's what he is worried.
Business Analyst is his role / responsibility which he will be performing in the company. SACON is the designation on consulting he is hired for, based on his experience and skill set.
If he has a more coding based role, he would have got similar designation accordingly. As long as the salary is within the expected range, there should be no issues.
