Infosys provides two options when an employee is placed under HR PIP:

  1. Resign immediately and receive 5 months' salary as severance.

  2. Continue in the PIP program for 2 months. If performance goals are not met and separation occurs, the severance package is 3 months' salary.

I recommend opting for the second option.

While the time of appraisal I was in notice period and due to some reasons I have taken my papers back You know they have the insta raise award for the before quater and then due to I was in notice he gave that rating and once I taken back he released from the project
