Currently I am in PIP and first review went well and got good feedback from client and next review would be second week of june .last quarter and this quarter I am not qualified for performance bonus. if I am completing PIP successfully can I qualified for performance bonus for next quarter.also i heard that after PIP you won't get any promotion or hike in the current year if you are performing well also .
