I come from a small city and since the time i joined i have never been to office and trust me i dont plan to. I have two kids and both of them are very young, one being just 11 months old. The thing is that my project team is good and i might get an exceptional approval for wfh. But im thinking at a broader angle, how should i continue to work in this mode? Not getting any offers elsewhere and i can't think of leaving the job. Any suggestions/ inputs are welcome.
