Painful part is providing justification to a lot of folks. You will be bombarded with multiple emails and have to justify your action

In notice period 🤔. Technically it’s data theft . If you are lucky ; Infosys will not sue you and black list you for any IT job. What were you thinking ??

You have to get a lot of approvals now from JL7 and above i think and please do prepare a good excuse which can save you since you’ve got yourself in a position wherein they can sue you any day.
