pip has fixed time period. There is nothing called early release it will be 90 days I think

An NI rating means hike delayed by atleast 1 year. Depending on when next hike will come . And promotion delayed by atleast 2 years.

There are many opportunities in the market. Just believe in yourself. If you have skills, you will get a new job very soon. But after PIP, there is no chance to get any promotion and hike in Infy.
