Trending @Infosys; Helix @ Infosys – Any Insights?

Hi everyone, I’m a Specialist Programmer at Infosys and have been informed that I’ll soon be aligned with the Helix project. I’ve heard the team follows strict work hours and has mandatory work from office policies.

Would really appreciate if anyone currently or previously part of the Helix team could share their experience — Is it worth it in terms of learning, exposure, and work-life balance?
