Yes hospitalization is done its been more than 24hrs.. and in portal no where it is mentioned it is excluded

I hope seizures is for kid. He/ she is good now and its common for below 5 years. If hospitalisation is more than 24 hrs. It falls under policy

In my opinion, Infosys health policy is costly and useless, we only get partial cover mostly.

No they won't. Not only seizures but they won't cover more than 75% of the health issues. So better keep infy insurance as standard and take a good insurance from outside like niva bupa or hdfc ergo
