Trending @Infosys; Haven't Got Hike Despite of Outstabding Rating For A Weird Reason

I was not given a hike this year. I had a hard time uncovering the real reason for that. I was not given a hike because I was on a 3 month bench during the performance appraisal.

Very very disappointing.

If they don't want, they can make hundreds of reason. Simple.

I am feeling very demotivated and disappointed.
Lately, gave intw at a big company, who were very sure of selecting me. Went up to the last round of salary discussion. And then they abandoned the process.
Can't even leave my job at Infy and look for another.
