Trending @Infosys; Haven't got any project from Joining.
Hi everyone, I joined infy on 7th April 2025, till then I am not allocated to any of the project. I had sent text msg over teams to many managers as well for project allocation still no luck. Now in my ALCON it's says - Training from 20 July to 17 September. I just want to know will they terminate me ? Or what will happen in such type of cases ? Pls anyone who faced the same issue or know let me know. It's been 4 months. Thanks !
Chances of your termination is quite possible in case HR would ping you. Related to opportunity, keep up skilling till your time in payroll, also it's good to have other offers as well. Just a backup if infosys hr's pitch in for your longer bench period

So many other employees I know who joined in the last 6 months are still not getting any project from different technology. Don't worry up skilling and doing a certificate so in rating time you have to show something
