Trending @Infosys; Has STG unit also mandated 10 days WFO?
I have been recently mapped into a new project and up until now I could see 264 hours or whatever number which could be used to put WFH for complete month but now I am able to see only 10 days WFH available. Your responses are appreciated. I am really not interested in going to office since my team will be working from a different DC.
You can use all hours in month
Depends on your project,manager,role and many other variables.Until it is in hrs you can mange but it turns into days then you need to mandatorily go to office.
So for your unit it is late. Most of the units are having this 10 days of office rule. You don't have any choice, better to adhere to the rules.
All in infy have to do 10 days a month from office. At account level mandates are different and account management push custom conditions into infy me. If your infy me is not showing 10 days it doesn’t mean you need not come to office. Action can be taken against you anytime for violating company policy.
Not sure but this usually depends on the project and client requirement. But if your WFH balance is reduced to 10 days then you must do hybrid unless your manager allows you to do WFH completely by exception. And I think you can also do WFO from your nearest DC, it is allowed for all.
