Trending @Infosys; Has anyone recently resigned here in Infosys ? If yes, has the manager or HR connected with you to know the reason or asking to take back

I resigned on june end. Completed my notice period and just left infy recently. Yeah they tried to retain me by saying promotion hike and onsite opportunity to canada /uk. I mainly resigned because of the low salary (4.6 lpa for 3.8yoe joined as fresher) but manager only gave like 30% retention hike including promotion hike. manager is also quite frank this is all he can do within his hands. For onsite he can try. So yeah, mostly retention and all not in manager / senior mgr hands.
The funny part is for my replacement they took a TA who has like triple salary of mine. But yeah no budget for retention.
No idea how that works

My manager as well as hr connected couple of time and asked about retention. I told the amount which sure they cannot as Infy doesn’t give so much to retain .. Now days getting offer with 3month notice is hard .. why to waste it .. instead give as many interview and try to get better opportunity

2 months completed, last month left. Quite disappointed as the team I am working with is good, have good connections with the manager but he told senior management has advised if we retain you with a hike then everyone will start resigning for hikes 😂😂

Resigned yesterday. Manager asked if there was something they can do to retain me. Since I'm quitting IT altogether i told nothing is there. So that was the end of conversation.

Yess i resigned on May

I designed in august months still 45 days are left. My manager connected with me to understand issue. I don't think they will retain me. Now I am checking with senior project manager.

Yes I resigned in first week of this month. I did connect with my manager to inform him of my resignation and also discussed about my demands for retaining me.

Yes, people resign. Managers or HR might connect to understand reasons or discuss retention, but it's not guaranteed.
