I have an H1B visa stamped but haven't traveled to the US yet due to a lack of projects. I'm looking for companies that can offer an H1B transfer. Can you please suggest some options?

Try Randstad and Tek systems or companies like Synechron . First two are the biggest manpower companies in US and have lot of h1b. Usually they take h1b in us itself but you can try their India arm and negotiate for on-site . Third one is a smaller IT company so will be in lookout for h1b ready candidates
