Trending @Infosys; H1b visa not being utilised
Hi Everyone
I am TL with 8 years of experience In 2022 ,my name came in lottery for H1B and July 2023 i had my stamped visa.
My visa is not being utilised,it will expire in 2025. Have talked to management on this but they are not doing anything.
Any suggestions?

There is no good news nearer also. 100+ resources already in bench. Try to get project your self and request new manager to intiate amendment and travel. That is the only one option if you are looking to travel

Same issue with me, I have just received a Visa 6 months back. No onsite opportunity yet.

I get your frustration, mate. Maybe keep nudging management or explore other roles within the company that might need you onsite.
