Hi fishes My manager asked for H1B application and I said yes for that Now I have interviewed for one company and I want to know can I apply for resignation, is there any policy which would not allow me to put paper if we apply for H1B.

H1B nomination does not come with any boundaries. You can do whatever suits best.
