Package for H1B onsite USA || STG, JL5, Specialist Programmers- L3, How much will a single person spend on living costs in the US?
Is it good to go or better to switch In India ?
Please suggest me if anyone already has an idea or already travelled to the USA.
Let me give you the truth behind H1B
For JL5 the salary they provide varies from 75k to 82K based on years of experience.
If you are single that is a good salary to survive and you will be able to bring back good bank balance but if you are having family specially kid then you will have to survive as begger.

This is totally based on the state you are going
I told you the salary for FL and TX where there is state tax
And expense here is around 2.5K to 3K single person (regular needs)
When you are traveling to USA??
In a couple of months
Go to USA. Living costs are high but manageable. Better opportunities and experience there. Don't switch in India, not worth it.
