Hi what is H1B lottery result? How to participate?
H1B is a US non-immigrant VISA. Managers will nominate some employees every year based on eligibility and once their application is picked in the lottery Infy will send them USA onsite based on requirements.
When is the lottery conducted every year , in which month? And can JL4 level participate in it?
Lotter will be done in the month of March. The minimum requirement is JL4. But only the manager can nominate you for this lottery and it will be done in the month of February
Alright thanks. But is it like the manager will nominate you only if there is requirement in the project or can nominate you anyways and if you get selected your project gets changes
Is it leads to bonus or pay increase

H1B Lottery selection leads to 3years Visa to US and it can be extended upto 3years more. Total 6 years you get to work in US.
