Help me understand the text in image I am attaching, I see my assignment status acknowledged from USCIS in glomo and I see this note on glomo

I see in total I am going to get like USD95k, I am doubting even if it is enough ????

Will it be revised after some time?? Are there any chances??

Nope it will not be revised . As we will always be slightly above the minimum wages for that category. Unless DOJ increases the minimum wages for a particular skillet drastically to it pay will be same. $95k is good starting point in most cities in US except New York and California
