Trending @Infosys; Guys be aware laying off in the name of Performance
My friend of Infy who was in PIP in November & he accomplished all his Goals successfully. Now at the final review they are saying "No knowledge, Not Capable" he is just aww stucked now. Now he is Waiting with Reviewer for discussion.
Can anyone have idea what happens in Reviewer call ?
Your friend's situation is a classic example of corporate politics. Infy's PIP is a sham, a way to show the door. "No knowledge, Not Capable" after achieving goals? What a joke! They should have said, "We don't need you anymore". It's a ruthless game, my friend. Now, what's the point of this reviewer call? Is it just a formality or a genuine attempt to improve? "Yeh toh sirf formality hai ya sach mein sudharne ki koshish hai?"
Not sure what they going to do in the review call it's still pending to complete. He is searching outside but there are no calls. So, as of now he is requesting to keep his job with his manager as a humble request. Should see what can happen
