Hi All, I have a few concerns: 1. After spending how many years and months in Infosys (exact) we are eligible for gratuity? 2. If the gratuity eligibility date falls during the employee's notice period, will the employee receive the gratuity amount? 3. What are the chances that HR releases the employee earlier (like in one or two months) after the separation? (To save the gratuity amount, if the date falls during the third month of notice period)

Yes, even if it's your last working day as in 4 years and 180/181 day you'll get gratuity.
Don't know such a case but you can argue and ask them you'll serve full 90 days notice period. Also, if they are releasing you early by a month or two they'll pay you the salary for that time (though it may be max monthly basic)
