Trending @Infosys; Got project but initiated PIP? Why?

I got mapped with new project. But today i got mai regarding “discussion initiated for performance improvement plan”. What is this? Any idea?

Now you have two options: 1. Go through PIP process 2 or 3 months, 2. Immediate resignation

Note :- there is no 3rd option

You can mail your manager regarding this they might help you to get out of PIP.

Let your new manager know about it. And update Icount to your new manager. Ensure you forward the meeting invite to new manager so that he can set you PIp goals and not your old manager. Your new manager can save you so make sure he is aware of the circumstances that you got NI.
