Hi if i am serving notice period and got NI rating what are the chances of getting released earlier...In this case whom should I talk to for release... Have been released by project too...But not from company

Hey @AchTactics26 , I am serving notice period and i got NI rating, even though I got one insta award and one rise award for the collective effort of what I did with team. My lwd is Jan 15.
For icount, I didn't write much i mentioned i tried my best to do all tasks but there were issues with my planning and time management. Manager asked me share an excel with all that I did and and I shared everything point by point. Manager said NI won't affect me as I am leaving, she will make sure to rehire thing as Yes or positive or whatever. And pip is only initiated if manager initiates
Now I got an email today mentioning the rating and doc in edocket saying I have to take mandatory pip.
The manager mentioned she is forced to put people to NI. Other lead even though she is under WFH to exception can't be given NI rating as she is continuing. And bla bla.
Why so? Any idea?

10% is to be assigned NI or UP. We know there will be consequences. Managers tend to put folks who are leaving in NI or UP so he can protect someone who is not really bad to be counselled out but when ranking among team members is the last.

Your PM and DM should be more than happy to release you as you are on bench

Speak with BPHR, if you are on bench higher chances to get release early
