Trending @Infosys; Got mail regarding selection in IJP

Hello,

I got a mail saying congratulations I have beend selected for IJP unit Dnasure. my current Manager then replied back on the same mail saying , we have already initiated your promotion please don't take any action (I have been asking for my promotion to JL4 but he never replied mee back with proper response and now when I got. Selected to ijp above is his response).

Can someone please help me to understand or take decision, 1.does ijp role change to TA effects our package(hike)? 2. My Manager has not yet released my rating, will he create any issue on that if I ask my release? 3. Once I get release will I be getting the rating hike (if provided) for Oct 24?
