Trending @Infosys; Got into a project with night shifts and rotational shifts all wfo even after Manager said there will no night shifts. How can i get release

Before accepting the project manager said there will be only morning and afternoon shifts but now night shifts along with two weekend shifts are allocated. I have completed just two months in this project how can i get release

Are you getting night shifts allowance and comp-off for this ? Have a conversation with SPM regarding this and ask for release. If your reason is acceptable you will get what you want. Do it early.
