Finally our gdly unit got the dse l2 letter. I have completed my 12 months as dse l1 last December and this is effective from jan 2026. Old Ctc is 9.2 lpa New Ctc is 11.44 lpa

Good to be happy but i guess as a developer its very low. My brother as a devops engineer with 1 year experience and 1 year internahip landed 18.5 lpa this month

Does it need billing criteria aswell? Like u need to be billed to be nominated like that?

No, if there is no billing thing in your unit then you can ignore it. My unit also is not billable

So we need to wait for next quarter for another progression compared to previous one? Like I got dse L1 in jul-sep 2025 quarter so can I expect L2 in jul 2026 or oct?
