With commendable rating comes a long list of responsibilities and expectations. They won't let you sit idle after giving Commendable rating. Be prepared as your honeymoon period won't last long

I too got commendable, but nothing has changed , as long as they're satisfied you'll not see any change like that, it's up to us if we want to upgrade ourselves with knowledge
