Notice periods, in my understanding, are meant for smooth handovers, knowledge transfer, and maintaining project stability. With just 40 days left until my last working day, I’ve been assigned a new project — and it’s not a small or short-term one. Is it reasonable to push back in this situation? Would love to hear your thoughts!
