Got an offer from Accenture of 11.2 Lpa, including 1.94L variable. 3yoe, Fullstack Role.

Negotiated to 11.2 from 10.5 based on promotion I got.

I want the base atleast 11Lpa + 2Lpa variable.

Any tips to negotiate?

You've already done well by negotiating up. Just emphasize your recent promotion and market rates for similar roles to push for that 11L base. Good luck!
