Trending @Infosys; Got a accelerate link and lex link on mail. What will happen next?

Recently I received a rating of NI from appraiser and then my project allocation was reduced to Nov end. And Alcon sent a mail with accelerate link and lex link, what to do next. Is this PIP??

icount goal but anyways I complete mostly all still (seems more of ego issue as took few leaves)

Do specialist program have doffernt rating cycle ? Most folks haven’t got rating yet. Is it NI in system ? Or verbally communicated to you?

PiP will be initiated only in Jan timeframe. Usually managers want folks to continue if they are already on a project and NI is just a wake up call for them. But in your case you are being off boarded as well which means you will not get a project till you are out if PIP which will be raised in Jan
