Might be possible, From Feb they might give the hiked salary effective from Jan.

They talked about the topic no more than 5 mins and the same answer is there. Letters would be rolled out in this quarter for JL5 and below effective Jan 2025 and for JL 5 and above the hike would be effective April 1st. No update on the hike %. Promotion slots have been added. No update on how and when it is gonna be provided. Left the meeting after 15 mins as no other info was there for hikes and promotions.
