Trending @Infosys; Getting release in probation will affect
Hi Folks, I was aligned in Verizon project around Dec 24 and there were lots of issue related with work i encountered so client manager is giving release and infosys manager is saying he will also give negative comment on release from how this will impact me will they give termination as I am in probation and Infosys manager will give negative comment
What sort of issues did you faced during the work period?
in my client project I was alone from Infosys so It was really hard to communicate so to review any task as well I have to wait longer and due to that I also used get relax and delay work so it's 50/50 even I was lazy and they didn't had time due to much work to explain me
Oh seems like a communication gap happened and same was with one of my friend.Anyway, what was your tech stack and experience.
