Hi All, I am having 3 + years of experience having 4.1 LPA working remotely CTC in Infosys getting 100% hike in Cognizant. Should I join Cognizant with 3 days a week wfo ?

Hi bro, I strongly suggest you to join Congnizant, growth in Infosys is very slow... reaching 100% will take 5 years here. Dont be afraid of hire fire. Believe in yourself.
