Trending @Infosys; Getting offer with being in a company

Hello,

I wanted to inquire if it's possible to receive interview calls from companies while being employed full-time, even with a 90-day notice period. Do companies typically reach out in such cases, or is it more effective to resign first and then start actively searching?

Currently, I am working at Infosys as a Quality Engineering Analyst with 3 years of experience in IT automation testing. Despite applying to several job openings on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, I haven't received any interview calls over the past 4-5 months.

Any advice or insights would be appreciated!!

TIA

Try changing it to immediate joiner. If you see any increase in calls, then put in papers.

Correct your resume once. And leaving 90 days notice mnc requires joining at same type of mnc

Yes, you can get interview calls while employed, even with a 90-day notice. Companies understand notice periods. Don't resign first. Improve networking and update your resume for better chances.
