Trending @Infosys; Getting no interview calls

I'm currently working as DSE at Infosys from june 2022 ,i am willing to make a switch to a product based company, but I'm getting almost no interview calls, only calls that i get are mostly from small startups. Can anyone suggest me on how to secure interviews

Do you work from home or wfo ? I mean to say is it compulsory for you to wfo ?

Yes i have to do wfo 3 days a week

I am having the same issue actually being a SP even though the resume is well built, no response which I am guessing is because of the 90 days Notice period because nowadays they want immediate or 15-30 days NP Candidates.
Confused as well how to secure interviews with this.
