Trending @Infosys; Frustrated, Kindly give your advise

Hey Everyone,

Been working on SAP support from from last 3 years. It's a US client. Logging in morning 10:30.. logging off almost 10:30 -11 pm everyday. As most of the users are from US, I have to schedule calls in evening and night time with lead and Users to work. Nor I'm getting any afternoon allowances. The project is very much customised so if I'm applying outside this experience is of very less use. If I'm asking them for release, they are threatening like we will give bad feedback and all. Inspite of this, I haven't talked with my lead rudely till then. But I'm dying inside. Everyone please suggest what should I do?

Bhai slowly reduce the work and get time to explore things you like. If you are planning to stay in infy then adjust if don't want to be with infy then don't fear anyone, focus on upskill and do the things you like.

Bhai enthusiasm ko bna ke rakh and learn new things.
