Trending @Infosys; Free from the shithole
At last, left Infosys and I feel so relieved and relaxed now. One of the worst organizations to work for. The main issue is Infosys has provided too much power to managers and a company which is mostly run by managers is never gonna be a good place to work. Couldn't survive for more than a year. Hope others also get some lucrative offers so that they can free themselves from the clutches of Infosys.
Companies are always run by managers and you will never have control on who your manager will be. Hope you find a better one in yiur next company!!
Here at Infosys managers have too much power. It's not the case in some other companies. Mostly this is there in Indian MNCs.
Seriously i am also fed up with my manager not giving release from the project now working nothing just micromangement
It's been 3yrs I have completed infosys and joined as lateral 1yoe but still my jl3 and not jl4
