Trending @Infosys; Forced Resignation after undergoing PIP

Hi,

I am in Infosys for almost 3 years and worked in project for 2.3 years and have been on bench for last 10 months.

Recently I completed my PIP but couldn't clear it , could clear one certification out of the two, this failed.

Now ,my question is I heard forced Resignations have started, I just wanted to know are they providing 3 months salary or anything since they are forcing the resignation?

If anyone has any experience of this scenario feel free to share.
